1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You receive a damaged or defective book.
• You receive the wrong book or incorrect product.
• The product is missing pages or has a major printing defect.
• The package is tampered with at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• The book must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, labels, and invoices must be retained.
• Clear photos or an unboxing video may be required for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Wrong book ordered by the customer.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Book no longer required.
• Minor scratches, slight color variation, or packaging damage that does not affect the book.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Digital products, downloadable PDFs, eBooks, or online study materials (if applicable).

3. Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID provided by you.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake.

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, we may offer a free replacement if:

• The wrong book was delivered.
• The book is damaged during transit.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately after placing the order.

6. Return Process

To request a return:

Email us with the following details:

• Order ID
• Customer Name
• Registered Mobile Number
• Reason for Return
• Photos or Unboxing Video (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours and provide further instructions.

7. Refund Timeline

• Return Request Review: 24–48 Business Hours
• Pickup (if applicable): 2–5 Business Days
• Quality Inspection: 1–2 Business Days
• Refund Processing: 5–7 Business Days

The total process may take 7–12 business days, depending on courier services and payment providers.

8. Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping charges will be borne by OnlyKitab.com.
• If the return is not eligible under our policy, shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

9. Important Note

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package. This helps us verify any claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products and ensures a faster resolution.
